The Upper Sioux Agency State Park contains the site of the Upper Sioux Agency or Yellow Medicine Agency. The Park was established in 1963 to preserve and interpret the remains of the Agency site. The park covers 1,280 acres and offers diversity: open prairie knolls, bluffs and cool wooded slopes.The Minnesota Rivers flows along the park`s northern boundary. The rugged beauty of the river valley can be viewed along the trails and the prairie knolls.

The Park is located 8 miles southeast of Granite Falls, MN on State Hwy 67, there are 16 miles of trails.

Ride Information:

This ride has been cancelled, please come and attend our 9/17/11 ride. Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions. Voluntary $20 jackpot for open division at check-in. Payout will depend on the number of participants. Open, pleasure, junior, and buddy divisions. See the FAQ page for questions regarding the divisions.

Fees payable online:

• CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$25 junior/$40 Adult buddy
• New membership fee - $35 individual; $50 family of 2; $85 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.

Directions Info:

From Granite Falls, MN take state Hwy 67 East, @ 8 miles, the horse camp will be on the right side, follow the gravel road down to the horse camp.
