Having trouble logging in or getting links/menus to work?

First, we thank you for your continued support of ACTHA's mission and appreciate your patience and understanding as we update our system to provide more service to the trail rider community. We have had some users experiencing problems with our new systems. The following a list of steps you can take to get your browser to work with our new system.

1. Ensure your browser is up-to-date:

   This fixes most issues since our new system relies on new technology that will not function properly with an older browser. If your browser Check above "Failed," then you will need to update your browser, it is free and very easy to do.

2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies:

   If the above solution does not correct your issue then your computer may be caching old data from ACTHA's previous website. You can clear this old data from your computer by following the steps in the following link.

3. Disable Internet Explorer's Compatibility View:

   Internet Explorer has a Compatibility View, a feature that affects how ACTHA's websites is displayed. If Compatibility View is enabled for actha.us, it will cause some features to display incorrectly. So, we suggest that you remove actha.us from your list of sites that have Compatibility View enabled. To do this, follow the steps below:

   For IE8

   1. Open the Tools menu at the top of your browser1 and select Compatibility View Settings.
   2. Select 'actha.us' under 'Websites you've added to Compatibility View'.
   3. Click Remove.
   4. Ensure the "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is NOT checked.

   When you close the Settings window, the page you're on will refresh and display in normal IE8 mode.

   If you don't see actha.us listed or if these steps don't help you resolve the problem, please make sure your computer has the latest Windows updates.

   For IE9

   1. Right-click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
   2. Select Command bar.
   3. Open the Tools menu near the top of your browser and select Compatibility View Settings.
   4. Select 'actha.us' under 'Websites you've added to Compatibility View'.
   5. Click Remove.
   6. Ensure the "Display all websites in Compatibility View" is NOT checked.

   Note: If your Windows computer is administered by your organization, you may not be able to access Compatibility View Settings or remove actha.us from the list of affected domains. Please contact your administrator or helpdesk as they may have used a Windows group policy setting to set this parameter for you.

4. Unistall or disable ALL DivX add-ons:

   DivX is a add-on that you can install or may have installed on your browser. There is a known glitch (Bug) with their software that causes the jQuery (javascript) to stop working on your browser. Since the ACTHA's site relies on javascript to function correctly and this is a bug in their software we can not correct this. Having this add-on installed and enabled will cause the ACTHA site to function incorrectly. You will need to uninstall or disable this add-on to be able to use the ACTHA site.
