Agenda:

Check-in: Friday evening or Sat AM before 8:30

Breakfast: concessions open 7:30 am

Rider`s briefing: 9:00 am

Ride out: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Trail time: about 2-2-1/2 hours, 6 miles

Lunch: concessions avail following the ride

Awards: following the ride about 2pm

Menu:

Breakfast: pancakes, sausage, breakfast muffins, juices, coffee

Lunch: burgers, fries, beverages

Dinner: bbq chicken, burgers, fries, salads, beverages

Photographer:

Wild Spirit Photo will be at the ride to take everyone`s pictures on trail. You can purchase pictures through their website www.wildspiritphoto.com

Ride Information:

Entries limited to first 100. Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions. Voluntary $20 jackpot for open division at check-in. Payout TBA. Open, pleasure, junior, and buddy divisions. See the FAQ page for questions regarding the divisions.

Fees payable online:

• CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$25 junior/$40 Adult buddy
• New membership fee - $35 individual; $50 family of 2; $85 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.

Fees collected at check-in ( ie. meals, electrical hook ups and stall fees):

Breakfast - $ 4 - 7 dollars Lunch - $ 4 - 7 dollars Dinner - 6 - 10 dollars Electrical Hook Up: $ 15 per day Stalls: $ 20 per horse/night
