I agree to have my credit card listed above charged for the ACTHA membership I have selected. I also understand that my ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP will be automatically billed to this credit card unless I notify ACTHA BEFORE the next renewal date or turn that option off on the site. ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP fees have a money back guarantee if requested within 1 week after the first ride date.

I understand and agree that as an ACTHA member, I am responsible for understanding the current rules and agree to abide by same. I agree that I will refrain fom unsportsmanlike behavior to fellow riders, hosts, volunteers, ACTHA staff and equines involved in ACTHA activities. Unsportsmanlike behavior to anyone, two-legged or four will result in cancellation of membership and refusal of entry into ACTHA events.  

I understand that my membership with ACTHA is one of a mutual understanding and either party may cancel membership at any time, for any reason and pro-rated standard membership dues will be refunded. I agree to hold ACTHA and its management harmless from any damages incurred as a result of my membership or participation in ACTHA activities. 

LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS are non-refundable and are valid for the lifetime of the Company.

All Membership Addons are non-refundable once they have been purchased.
