You`ll be riding the beautiful rolling hills of the Palouse country. The Pony Club facility is on George Hatley`s ranch property just East of Deary, Idaho. It`s a terrific, horse-oriented campgrounds. On the ride you`ll have scenic vistas and timber trails (or logging roads) at an elevation of approximately 3,000 feet.

There are 60 open stalls/pens (not covered) available on a first-come, first-served basis. No hook-ups are available, but restrooms and showers are a short walk from the main camp. There are water hydrants and tanks for horse water.

There is a main camp shelter with full kitchen and this is the gathering place for meals and meetings.

This ride is a joint fund-raising effort on behalf of the Latah County Mounted Sheriff`s Posse and the Appaloosa Museum.
