Agenda:
Check-in: Anytime Saturday after 3 PM or by 8:00 AM Sunday
Breakfast: 8:00 am
Rider`s briefing: 9:00 am
Ride out: 10:00 -11:00
Trail time: about 2-21/2 hours, 6-7 miles
Lunch: following the ride
Awards: following the meal
Menu:
Breakfast: Assorted Breakfast Burritos, Sweet Rolls, Fruit, one Coffee or Juice
Lunch: BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Baked Beans, Chips, Dessert - one drink
Photographer:
We will have a photographer at the ride to take everyone`s pictures on the trail.
You can purchase pictures as well.

Open, pleasure, junior, and buddy divisions.

Fees payable online:
- CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
New membership fee - $25 individual; $40 family of 2; $75 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.
Entries limited to first 100. Ribbons for 1st - 6th place
Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions, additional prizes for 1st place in each division
Voluntary $20 jackpot for open division at check-in.
Fees collected at check-in (stalls, camping, & other fees)
WEEKEND MEAL SPECIAL = $ 30.00

Electrical Hook up - NONE - generators welcome
WEEKEND BOARDING SPECIAL FRI/SAT/SUN $ 40.00
Covered 14 x 16 Stalls: $25.00 per horse/night
14 x 16 Pens: $20.00 per horse/per night
Paddocks: $25.00 per horse/per night - (4 horses = $10.00 each)
WEEKEND CAMPING FRI/SAT/SUN $ 20.00
Camping: $15.00 - facilities and shower
Grounds fee: $10.00 if horse is tied to trailer, portable fencing, etc.
