Our Heritage Guest Ranch is located in the scenic north western part of Nebraska. Pine covered hills converge with open prairie on our properties with a Beautiful canyon known as Cedar Canyon in the middle. For this reason our 3600 acre ranch is a National Natural Landmark. We have 15 corrals and 26 indoor stalls to house your horses. We have 4 trailer hookups, and will supply more later. We have 2 arena apartments, with 4 beds and a full bath in each. There is a house, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and full bath also. We have places to stay which provide a roof over your head in our hay loft and small cabin.
In addition to the trail ride scheduled for the 13th, we are offering one of our retreats to be scheduled for June 14 - 17. The title is "Saved by the Love of Horses." Here are 3 days of a fun filled time exploring our relationship with our horse through Natural Horsemanship lessons and riding. We will discover some holistic ways of caring for your horse as well as training him or her. Through this discovery you will see yourself as your horse has been seeing you. The clinician, Sherry Jarvis, author of "Heart In Your Hand" will be here sharing her compassionate knowledge. We will also be examining different therapies for you and your horse. An example of this is the use of sound through tuning forks to reclaim health. At the end of the day we will be sharing our horse stories which will be geared toward the gifts that the horses have brought us.
I hope you will come and enjoy this wonderful time with us.
