Agenda:

Check-in: Saturday morning at 8:15am

Rider`s briefing: 9:00am

Ride out: 10:00am - 11:00am

Trail time: about 2 - 3 hours, 6-7 miles

Lunch: following the ride

Awards: following lunch

Photographer:

A photographer will be at the ride taking pictures.

Ride Information:

Entries limited to first 100.

Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions.

Voluntary $20 jackpot for open and $10 pleasure division at check-in.

Fees payable online:

  • CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$25 junior/$40 buddy

New membership fee - $25 individual; $40 family of 2; $75 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.

Accommodations:


Day Use - $10
Fee per rider for all non-campers or B&B guests, parking available, and horses can be kept at your trailer, a water faucet is available. Please clean your trailer area before you leave!!!

Primitive Camping - $15
There is plenty of primitive camping. Horses can be kept at trailers by tethering, or you can hook into the electric fence for a portable paddock. Gates to all areas will be kept closed in the event a horse escapes. All primitive camping will be on a first come first serve basis, come early and pick your spot. A water faucet is available. Please clean your campsite before you leave!!!

The Fall City Roadhouse
If camping is not your cup of tea, a hotel is right down the road from Heron Landing Farm. To reserve your room, please contact the Hotel directly. You can set up a portable paddock or tie into the existing electric fence for your horse to stay overnight at Heron Landing Farm.
