Ride Information:
Entries limited to first 100. Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions. Voluntary jackpot for open ($20) and pleasure ($10) divisions at check-in. Open, pleasure, junior, and buddy divisions. See the FAQ page for questions regarding the divisions.
Fees payable online:
• CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
• New membership fee - $25 individual; $40 family of 2; $75 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.
Fees collected at check-in ( ie. meals, electrical hook ups and stall fees):

Stalls: $ 15 per horse/night (Sawdust shavings provided)
Stall Pens: $ 5 per horse/night (12ft X 12ft/10ft X 10ft Square Panels)

Additional Events:
Friday Evening join us for a relaxing ride out to a gorgeous overlook of the Kentucky River and a camp fire chili supper. The ride will be about a mile so it is a great chance for your horse to stretch his/her legs and see the sites. Feel free to bring a blanket to sit on during supper.
Saturday afternoon, join us for a demonstration of the Asbury University Police Mount training program. Asbury`s police mounts will be presenting as part of the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games this fall. This is a free clinic demostration.
Directions Info:
From Lexington: Take US 68 South; Go left at the Y at the Marathon station on to US 29; Continue south through Wilmore (US 29 becomes Lexington Ave. in town); continue south on Lex. Ave.; when pass Lowry Lane (flashing red light) you will travel about 1/2 mile and turn right onto Shanty Hill Lane; follow Shanty Hill until the road makes a hard left, the drive way is marked with an Asbury University Equine Center sign; turn right onto the barn road and continue until you reach the Equine Center.
Caution: The road is a one lane road. Local traffic is aware that trailers will be on the road.
Web Directions: Some directions from mapping websites and GPS systems will take you to Shanty Hill Rd. West. DO NOT GO TO SHANTY HILL WEST!! It is a very narrow dead end road.
