The Les Hilde trail system is located in the Harry Osborne State Forest. We host some of the most dynamic trails the Northwest has to offer. Natural obstacles abound in this scenic location. Bring your camera and keep an eye out for the elk herds. Plan on staying extra days at the trail head and explore the rest of what "Harry O" has to offer. It can be rocky but some locals still ride barefoot-know your horse! Lots of hills, creeks, and even some lakes. There are highline posts at the camp or bring your hot tape. Lots of creeks to water at but the camp is dry. If you would like to camp where you have a stall and amenities, contact your ride host on facebook at forward strides riding center. It is a short drive to the trail head or for extra days a direct trail is available.
