Bunker Hill Bash CTC Mineral Wells TX 6-19-2010
Howdy Folks,
World Champion Cowgirl, Tammy Sronce and her gang of sharp shootin` volunteers are hostin` a hoot-an-holler that`ll be the talk of ACTHA for about the next sixty years! Like everything Tammy does this weekend will be non-stop action from Friday afternoon . And knowin` this outfit, don`t count on it endin` then either!
Roll in Friday evening, set up camp then make your way to the arena and have a go at a few obstacles. Now the rules plainly state that none of the obstacles you`ll practice with before Saturday`s CTC will be part of the ACTHA challenge, so when you hit the trail you`ll find a whole new set of obstacles. But Tammy`s laid out a course that`ll sharpen your horse communicatin` skills, and she`ll be right there with you all evening to offer tips to help you all get great scores on Saturday.
Speakin` of scores, Bunker Hill is hostin` a series of CTCs, one in June, one in July, and one in August. They`re giving the high point winners, in each division, for the series, Molly`s Custom Silver Buckles. And folks, that ain`t all! Holy cow are there gonna be terrific prizes at this shindig! In addition to the awards, cash prizes up for grabs at all ACTHA sanctioned CTC`s, the top three places in each division will win custom embroidered Maytex wool saddle blankets - At each ride! That`s nine Maytex blankets up for grabs at every Bunker Hill CTC!
The Bunker Hill pot rustlers will be servin` breakfast at the Ranch Cookshack at 8AM Saturday. Ride briefing at 9AM. Ride out at 10:00. Tammy was careful to lay out a seven mile course for this CTC that`ll showcase some of the magnificence of the Bunker Hill spread. She`s mixed in six of the official ACTHA obstacles, and a few stream crossin`s. Enjoy the ride, the scenery, and your horse. Be sure to smile nice for the shutter snapper along the trail, and you`ll be able to buy those tin types to hang on the wall, with your ribbons.

From Weatherford, TX, take HWY 180 towards `Mineral Wells`. Approxiamately 2 miles before town will be a sign `Bunker Hill Ranch` above gate, on left. White metal post fence. Directly across from `Mineral Wells State Park & Trailway `.
