Howdy Folks,

By golly how many times do you get to be part of a big deal? I mean a really big, wonderful deal. Not too often, I reckon! Well hot dang here`s your chance! In keeping with ACTHA`s mission to raise much needed funds for Horse Rescues and Charities, thousands of riders all across the USA will be steppin` into their stirrups on the same exact day to ride in ACTHA sanctioned Competitive Trail Challenges.

Never before has such a group of top-shelf and generous sponsors, organizations and riders come together for such worthwhile cause. Sadly never before has there been so great a need. We at ACTHA know how much the noble horse means to each of you – How much the gallant horse has given to shape the world! Let`s rally together and offer a token of thanks!

You are herewith invited to help set the Guinness®World Record for The Largest Trail Riding Competition! Not just for fun – even though you can count on it bein` a heap of fun – but for all the good it`ll do, too! Round up your family, friends and horse and sign on for this World Record Ride. If we break the record, you`ll not only have done your part to help raise thousands of dollars for deserving horses - All proceeds from this event go directly to Equine Charities - And you will be part of a Guinness World Record! Check-in SUNDAY morning before 9:30 am

Breakfast: on your own

Rider`s briefing: 10:40am

Ride out: 11:00am - 11:30am

Trail will take about 2 - 2 ½ hours, 6-7 miles

Lunch following the ride

Awards following lunch

Lunch menu: Bagged Lunch, Sandwich, Chips, Fruit, Cookie, Iced Tea

• Entries limited to first 35.
• Great prizes for 1st - 6th place Open/Pleasure/Junior divisions. Voluntary $20 jackpot for open division at check-in. Payout will be _________________________________________________

Fees payable online:

• CTC entry fee - $58 pleasure/$58 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
• New membership fee - $25 individual; $40 family of 2; $75 family of 4; additional horse - $10 ea.; additional rider - $10 ea.

Fees collected at check-in: meals, electrical hook ups and stall fees

Lunch - $ 5.00

Electrical Hook Up: $_N/A___ per day

Stalls: $_25.00 per horse/night - Call Carol Norton @ 208-265-2593 or 208-661-1721. Possible discount for groups. Tell them you are riding in the ACTHA Ride for the Rescues.

Additional contests will be:

Best dressed male/female

Best groomed horse

There will be no Best Dog contest - There are no dogs allowed on the trail ride. You may bring a dog that will be contained during the ride.
