Bluff Country Trail Ride and Arena is proud to host the ACTHA Competitive Trail Challenge!   We have several miles of beautiful well established trails. The trails are well marked and are suitable for all skill levels, even the little buckaroos!  There is a spring fed creek running through camp to water your horse. You may set up pens or run pickit line to a tree.  Also feel free to ride around camp and in the arena!  Arena lights will be on after dark.  Meals available Saturday morning and Saturday noon.    Primitive camping $10.00 per night.  Please make meal and camping reservations at time of rider registration.

 

Come ride the hills and bluffs in south eastern Minnesota. No shoes required but recommended.

Check-in time:  Anytime Friday after 12 noon or Sat. morning
Breakfast: 7:30am  In the lunch hall
Rider`s briefing: 9:00am In the lunch hall
Ride out: 10:00am - 11:00am
Trail will take about  2 - 2 1/2 hours, 6-7 miles

Entries limited to first 100.
$525 in cash awards & great prizes for 1st - 6th place.

Fees payable online:
CTC entry fee - $53 pleasure/$78 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
New membership fee - $25 individual $40 family of 2

Fees collected at check-in: Camping and meals,

$5 breakfast and $6 lunch or $10 for both.  Menu to be determined

$10 per trailer per night. 

Additional contests will be:
Best dressed male/female
Best groomed horse

Directions: 3.5 miles north of Wykoff, MN on Country Rd. 5 or 10 miles south of Chatfield on Country Rd 5 to the village of Fillmore then west 1/8 mile on County Rd. 8 (watch for Denny`s Trailer Sales sign)
