Trace Trails is a private riding trails area with 30+ miles of trails. Footing is sandy and no shoes are needed.  Trails are through woods, creeks, rolling meadows, and plateaus.  Camping is primitive with a central water spigot for horse and camper water.  Plenty of room for pens or tie lines. Springtime brings redbuds and dogwood blooms galore and Fall offers vivid foliage.

Check-in Friday evening before 8PM or Sat morning
Rider`s briefing: 9:00am
Ride out: 10:00am - 11:00am
Trail will take about 2 - 2 1/2 hours, 6-7 miles
Lunch following the ride
Awards following lunch

Entries limited to first 100.
$525 in cash awards & great prizes for 1st - 6th place.
Open, pleasure, junior, and buddy divisions. See the FAQ page for questions regarding the divisions.

This ride is affiliated with the National Walking Horse Association and will offer a special award for the highest scoring gaited horse.  Gaited horses will be TWH, SSH, Racking, Mountain, MFT, Peruvian Paso, Paso Fino, or other `soft gaited` breeds.

Fees payable online:
CTC entry fee - $53 pleasure/$78 open/$43 junior/$40 Adult buddy/$35 junior buddy
New membership fee - $25 individual $40 family of 2

Fees collected at check-in: meals, electrical hook ups and stall fees.
Lunch $7

Overnite camping: $4.00/day
Ranch Fee: $15 each rider
