ACTHA Charity Registration

Registering your non-profit (tax-deductible) organization with ACTHA will allow us to add you to a list of charities seeking funds.  When affiliates post an ACTHA CTC, they will have the opportunity to select any non-profit organization registered with ACTHA to donate some of their ride proceeds to.  You will be notified if ACTHA or an ACTHA affiliate has selected your organization to donate to.  If you already have an affiliate that is donating the ride proceeds to your organization, this is where you register your organization so the affiliate can link their ride to you.  Once the organization is registered, and the organization has been approved, you will receive an email.

Hosting an ACTHA ride (being an ACTHA affiliate) allows you to raise funds and benefit from 100% of the ride proceeds.  Many organizations don't realize that you already have an intact structure to become an affiliate and host your own rides.  It takes team work and some volunteers which you most likely already have.  Check out the HOST A RIDE page in the OUR RIDES tab to learn more about hosting an ACTHA ride, or you can call  Tina Mae Weber at 573.434.1617 to discuss.

Certification

Under penalties of perjury, I certify that:

  1. The number shown on this form is my correct taxpayer identification number (or I am waiting for a number to be issued to me), and
  2. I am not subject to backup withholding because: (a) I am exempt from backup withholding, or (b) I have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) that I am subject to backup withholding as a result of a failure to report all interest or dividends, or (c) the IRS has notified me that I am no longer subject to backup withholding, and
